Carol Mulvihill
Carol Mulvihill, “MULVI” put away her spreadsheets and picked up a paintbrush, painting her first seascape, beginning a new creative chapter filled with color and light. Since retiring, she now splits her time between households in Big Bar Lake and in the desert community of Rancho Mirage, satisfying her days painting in the impressionistic style, using a colorful palette to create her original works of art.

A native of the Inland Empire is fulfilling a lifelong dream of painting and creating art. She enjoys painting the National Forests and Desert Monuments surrounding her. MULVI continues under the tutelage of many Artists in the Coachella Valley, in particular David Fairrington, Terry Masters, and Elaine Matthews. MULVI has received numerous awards throughout the Coachella Valley, and this past summer sold upwards of 100 original paintings in just 5 short months. She is at the outset of her creative life. She is energized and inspired by the process of translating what her eyes take in, to what her mind and hands subsequently interpret.
